Build Your Own Big Dawg 60-Inch Rig – Roller Cabinet, Top Chest, Hutch, Any Combination, Five Colors
The 60″ Big Dawg Professional Series is a modular tool-storage system built for the shop that wants to configure the rig exactly to the bay it lives in. Start with a 60-inch, 11-drawer Big Dawg roller cabinet on chrome heavy-duty casters and build up from there: add a 7-drawer top chest for tool-sorting overhead, or a full-height hutch for hanging pegboard storage and peg-hooked hand tools. Skip the roller entirely if you already have the base and just need the top. Five color options – Midnight Black, Rally Sport Blue, Fury Red, Burgundy, or Yellow – let you match team livery, shop scheme, or an existing Big Dawg rig.
Big Dawg construction throughout: steel body and frame with high-gloss powder coat that shrugs off degreaser, brake fluid, and coffee. Ball-bearing drawer slides on every drawer across the entire modular family; single-key locking bar per module. The roller cabinet rides on heavy-duty chrome casters rated for a full mechanic’s load – swivel-lock front, fixed rear – and the top chest and hutch both bolt-lock to the roller top so the finished rig moves as a single unit.
Choose the configuration that fits your workflow. Backed by Homak’s Limited 10-Year Warranty across every module in the Big Dawg Professional Series. Note: this is a legacy Big Dawg line – stock availability varies. Call before you order to confirm current lead time on your specific color and configuration.

Key Features of the Big Dawg Pro Series 60″ Rig That Matter in the Shop:
• Modular by Design – Build Your Own Rig: Five configurations from one product page. Start with the roller cabinet, add a top chest or hutch, or buy the top modules alone if you already have a base. Configure to fit the bay.
• Five Color Options – Including Burgundy and Yellow: Midnight Black, Rally Sport Blue, Fury Red, Burgundy, or Yellow. The Big Dawg Professional Series is one of the only Homak lines that offers Burgundy and Yellow finishes.
• Ball-Bearing Drawers Across Every Module: Roller cabinet, top chest, and hutch all ride on ball-bearing slides. Smooth open, smooth close, holds up to a loaded drawer full of impact sockets or wrench sets.
• Chrome Heavy-Duty Casters: Roller cabinet base rolls on chrome-plated heavy-duty casters – swivel-lock front, fixed rear. Move the rig where the work is, then lock it in place at the bay.
• Modular Bolt-Together Construction: Top chest and hutch bolt-lock to the roller top so the finished rig moves as a single unit. Assemble in the shop; no forklift or shop crane needed for the top.
• Big Dawg Powder-Coat Finish: High-gloss powder coat resists brake fluid, degreaser, and shop chemicals. Wipes clean with a shop rag; holds up to daily abuse.
